We seek a dynamic and experienced Insurance Agency Manager to lead our team, drive growth, and ensure the highest levels of client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities: 

Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a team of insurance agents to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional client service. 

Sales Management: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive new business and renewals, ensuring the agency meets or exceeds revenue goals. 

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their insurance needs and ensuring their satisfaction. 

Operational Oversight: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the agency, including policy administration, claims processing, and compliance with industry regulations. 

Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for the agency and individual agents, making data-driven decisions to improve efficiency and effectiveness. 

Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to adjust strategies and maintain a competitive edge. 

Budget Management: Manage the agency's budget, including expenses, commissions, and marketing investments, to ensure profitability. 

Compliance: Ensure all operations adhere to state and federal insurance regulations and company policies. 

Qualifications: 

Education:  Bachelor’s degree preferred however, it is not necessary  

Experience:  Not necessary.  

Skills:   

- Strong leadership and team management abilities 

  - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue 

  - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

  - Analytical and problem-solving skills 

  - Proficiency in insurance software and Microsoft Office Suite 

  - In-depth knowledge of insurance products, services, and market trends
