Lebanon Expo – Exhibitor Rules & Regulations

1. Schedule:Saturday, March 7 at Lebanon High School.
   • Setup: Starts at 4pm on March 6th 
   • Event Hours: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM. March 7th
   • Teardown: Strictly prohibited before 1:00 PM.
2. Booth Management:
   • One business per booth (no subletting or sharing).
   • Booths must be staffed at all times (volunteers available for short breaks).
   • Direct sales must take place inside your booth area only (no wandering).
3. Display Standards:
   • Professional signage only (no hand-made signs).
   • All displays, audio/visuals, and lighting must stay within booth boundaries.
   • No water, fire, or materials that could damage the gym/cafeteria flooring.
4. Electricity: For booths with electric, access is limited to one socket per booth.  
5. Facility Policy: Strictly no motorized units, alcohol, tobacco, drugs, or weapons on school property.
