We’re excited to welcome Kim Schwieger, Personal Training/FitLinxx Coordinator from Countryside YMCA as our guest speaker, presenting: “Move Now or Move Later” Kim will share practical, encouraging insight on how movement at every stage of life supports our energy, confidence, and capacity to lead—at work, at home, and in our community. This session will focus on realistic ways to build movement into a busy schedule, and why caring for our physical health is an essential part of sustainable leadership.
