Mental Health Recovery Board Serving Warren & Clinton Counties (MHRB) is the local board of mental health and addiction services (also called an ADAMHS board). Established in 1969, MHRB is one of several boards across Ohio serving the needs of residents who seek help for behavioral health disorders. When someone living in Warren or Clinton Counties experiences a mental health or addiction concern, it's our job to ensure there are quality services and programs ready to help.
